The world has changed a lot due to the pandemic. As we listen to players from around the world. 

People were forced to stay in their houses and some countries are still having problems with how to deal with the pandemic.

Most players believed that there is no money to gained with poker.

The answer is yes, just quite recently a Filipino was able to earn more than 300,000 USD on the poker felt. That is roughly 15 million pesos.

The truth about poker is that yes anyone can win. But, which is a big but, you have to improve to keep on winning.

That is the beauty of poker. If it. is a micro tournament. Anybody can win.

The question is not really about if you can win. but can you keep on winning?

Can you keep winning?

It all depends. on your ego. the truth is unlike 10 years ago. the players were new and were easy to beat. But they too gained experience and began to improve their game.

If you were to look at the high stakes games now being organized by the top players of the world. Whether they win or lose they would actually review their game and not only on the hands they lost but the hands they won.

The top players would review their game and would gladly admit it.

But ego sometimes is a hard thing to beat. whether you have won so many trophies. in the end, the game will continue to evolve.

Stop making excuses?

From time to time we have heard players talk about how rigged the system is or how it’s not fair.

For the sake of balance

Not to say that there is no cheat or anything. There are those that from time to time that gets in those cracks. But most companies do have very dedicated people to catch them and award players for those glitches.

But there are those poker sites that you should also be careful of. We have from time to time do make mistakes as well but once we saw the problem we too take action.

A poker site proudly announcing that they are now fully licensed after months and months of operation. Does raise suspicion.

There are valid complaints and then there are invalid complaints. Some of the invalid complaints are nothing more than myths that we will bust this month.

But if myths are the excuse you are saying that is why you are not winning. Then go back to studying.

But I am great now and the opponent just got lucky. 

If you are not winning then the time has caught up to you. people are just better now.

The person that won the 300,000 USD. was not the only event that he cashes in. he actually made a number of deep runs during that SCOOP.

Other people can do it. so can you. you just have to study.
