IVP CUP 2025 — Day 1C
Publish date: June 11, 2025

Hey, Poker Playas!

Day 1C is off to a blazing start! While Day 1B saw slow action, today already shows promise as the Pirates from Cagayan de Oro arrive in full force, ready to make their mark. Their presence was already felt during the 11 AM satellite, and they’ve confirmed their participation in the main event.

Yesterday, Ronnie Arguilles emerged as the top Day 1B qualifier, but Chris “The Darkness” Mateo still holds the overall chip lead after his commanding Day 1A finish.

Will the CDO pirates steal the spotlight and dethrone The Darkness? Or will a new force rise from the field?

Stay tuned – Day 1C is underway and anything can happen!

LEVEL 12 – THE FINAL STRETCH | IVP CUP 2025 DAY 1C

We’re deep into Level 12 and the tension is palpable. Only 13 players remain, but just 4 will survive this flight and secure their seat for Day 2.

Still in the hunt:

  • Ivy VP – calm, collected, and navigating the field like a seasoned tactician.

  • Chase “The Boss” Cokaliong – bringing the fire as he represents Cebu with pride.

  • Gary “Go Gary!” Guerrero – steady as ever, looking for another deep run under the Voyager banner.

  • Michael “The Animal” Concepcion – the recent Chase Cup champion, hungry for back-to-back glory.

From Davao, the mercenaries are still at war:

  • Rebel Madagsang – playing fearless and loud.

  • Dave – calculating and tight, watching for the right moment.

  • Takoyaki – unpredictable and dangerous, always a wild card.

This is where legends are made.
Who will make it out? Who will fall short?
Stay with us—final bags are coming soon.

LEVEL 9 – REGISTRATION CLOSED | IVP CUP 2025 DAY 1C

Registration is officially closed and Day 1C ends with 42 entries on the board! That means only 4 players will qualify for Day 2, making this one of the toughest flights yet.

The battlefield is now down to 2 active tables, and the tension is thick. Making their presence felt are Rebel and his band of Davao mercenaries, feared for their aggressive, unpredictable style. They’re locked in and hungry for bags.

As for the CDO Pirates, they’ve decided to delay their assault, choosing to storm the felt tomorrow for Day 1D. A strategic move? We’ll find out soon enough.

Who will be the four survivors to punch their ticket to Day 2?
Stay tuned. The war is far from over.

Level 5 – Day 1C Update | IVP Cup 2025

The first break is over and the momentum is picking up at Voyager Poker Club! A big highlight: The Poker Queen of the South has officially joined the action, drawing attention the moment she took her seat. Alongside her is Chase “The Boss” Cokaliong, back for redemption and more determined than ever.

Chase is aiming to be the first Cebuano to win the IVP Cup, and with local pride on the line, he’s playing with purpose. The field continues to grow, and the competition is heating up fast. Stay tuned as we get closer to the action-packed middle levels!

Level 2 of Day 1C – Running 2 tables. Table 1 is heavier than what was left after the table balancing, and some of Known poker personalities of the south are in 1 table while the other table is more balance
