The Side event today is the Power button which started at 7:00 PM.
Basically, if you win a hand, you become the button at the next hand. Giving you the power of position.
Some of the players that join today’s event included Metro Team Pro, Marc Rivera, John Tech, Joseph Sia, and Joven Huerto.
Yesterday champion, Jeremy Catalig also Join in on the fun and currently have a good stack. Marciel Cerbito, a well-known grinder of side events is also in and was also on the final table of the mixed event.

The official number for Day 1A is 223. Registration is closed so it is now a battle for survival for Day 1A.
Among the players who are still fighting is Jason Ambata, one of the solid players in the Philippines.

Day 1 ends at the end of Level 14.

John Tech, Metro Team Pro, and Local high stake grinder have joined Day1A. Day 1A alone is already close to 200 players which is a very good start for the Metro.
Lemmor “The Magician” Patulot, GG Milion leg 3 champ. who was in yesterday’s pre-event finishing third place is also in Day 1A.

Sean Manalam Aka Pet Malu took down The pre-event(Champion – PHP 163,000). It was a long battle against Andreas Liesenfeld(2nd place – 94,640), who finished second place.
Andreas Lisenfield made some tough calls in the final two tables calling an all-in situation on a 3, 7, 5, 5, 5 with an Ace king.
Meanwhile, Lemmor “The Magician” Patulot ended in third place (PHP 59,200) when the gutshot draw of his opponent came out on the river. Vince Nachor meanwhile finished 4th place (PHP 40,000)
The other players who were in the final table included, Ramayrat (5th place – PHP 30,400), who came to Day 2 as the 2nd Chip leader.
The Hari ng Pinya, Sandy Cea, finished 6th place (PHP 24,000) while Christopher “BIGTIME” Mateo Finished 7th place ( PHP 19,200).
Rommel Calderon Finished 8th place (PHP 16,000) and Aquino Cruz finished ( PHP 12,800)
