Chip leader – table 1 seat 3

Cito Canete is based in Cebu and definitely has good guidance from the local pros there. At first glance, we have not seen his status on the global poker index or the Hendon Mob, It is possible he lacks the experience, and with so many season pros on the table, It will be a tough fight for the Cebuano.

#3 in chips for final Day
Team Manila
Another player whose record is not in the GPi, we know so less of the guy yet based on his play he has played solid through out the game.
Gaining a good stack for day 1 and maintain his lead throughout the game. He could be the next promising player.
Rebel M
229,000 in chips for the final Day
Team Davao
Years ago there was an organizer that tried to improve the game in the PH Setting. the Name of the organization was the Philippine Poker tour or PPT. 10 legs whose champion will battle it out and the winner will play the WSOP Main Event.
The biggest difference of the PPT was it started with a great stack, 1 hour per level.
It was a tournament meant to bring out the best of the Filipino players.
Rebel was one of the ten. He conquered one of the legs and was a top favorite, but failed to secure the WSOP Main event seat. he went under the radar for quite some time, can he win again? stay tuned!
Junnie “Rolly Rules” Pamplona
165,000 in chips for the final Day
Team Manila
The most Experienced player on Table 1, Last year Rolly run third in the Main Event at the WPT Prime Cambodia.
He has run deep in many local and international tournaments so his experience in the felt could help him bag this event. But can he? stay tuned!
