Hey, Poker Playas!

Today is day 2 of the APT RWM Mystery bounty weekend.

Today has a great schedule. It is great to have a real poker tournament back in Manila.

Here is a quick guide to the schedule today!

21:00 – Highroller – Final table – 8/24

And we have another winner, Nico won the Highroller event against Magnus.

20:00 – Main Event Day 1A – Levels end – 13/56

13 players survive flight 1A, possible chip leader is Neil from Malaysia.

20:00 – Flight B – Level 6 – 150/300 300 Ante – 51/51

Royly is looking great and he has the looks of determination that he wants to win this event.

20:00 – Highroller – Level 11 – 1.000/2,000 – 2,000 Ante – 15/24

Mike Takayama may be the chip leader in the Highroller event. as the crowd is being thinned out. Would the local pros beat the foreigners?

20:00 – Main Event Day 1A – Level 13 – 1000/1,500 – 1,500 Ante – 18/56

Neil from Malaysia is the possible chip leader of Day 1A. with the registration already closed and a few more levels left. players are doing their best to reach day2

Neil is a regular in the Philippines and he can even sing Filipino songs.

So far he is doing great. can he carry it to day 2

18.30 – Flight B – Level 4 – 100/200 200 Ante – 40/40

Flight B is busy as well as players are joining the event. now at 40.

Mike “Lakay” De Leon has also joined the flight B

18:30 – Highroller – Level 8 – 500/1,000 – 1,000 Ante – 20/21

Meanwhile, the number at the high roller event has grown. Local heroes and pros have joined in including Edgard Asehan, Mike Takayama, Hazel Timonera, Emman Segismundo, and others.

Edgard Asehan has grown to be a true contender for poker tournaments this year. Recently winning the Manila Super series warm-up Event. Will he bag this event too?

18:30 – Main Event Day 1A – Level 11 – 500/1,000 – 1,000 Ante – 55/55

Raphael is a possible chip leader currently at the Main event flight 1A.

He finished 4th last year in the RVS Cup and was able to secure a trophy at the Okada Manila Millions.

The future is looking great for this local poker player.

17:17 – Flight B – Level 1 – 50/100 400 Ante – 5/5

Kenzo Mendoza opted to join Flight 1B.

Kenzo has been quite active in the live tournament lately and has enjoyed a good a run.

17:00 – Highroller – Level 4 – 200/400 400 Ante – 8/8 – starting stack

So far 8 players are seated on the HR table. Some of the Filipino pros are on the side waiting for more numbers. The second table is ready.

16:30 Level 7 – 200/400 400 Ante – 54/54

Jason is playing the Main event. He joined the satty last night and was able to secure a seat. so far he is doing okay and his patience might be advantage to him in this game. 

15:00 Level 5 – 125/250 250 Ante – 39/39

Joven Huerto is one of the early runners in the field. Right now the current field is mostly foreigners while most locals would rather join later.

But Joven Huerto is not worried. You can see it in his eyes he is determined and focused to win this event.
