Final 18 Players Remain
After 5 hours of intense play, we are now down to the final two tables. The action has been slow and calculated—a true testament to how far Cebu’s poker talent has come. These players are no longer just chasing flops; they’re making disciplined, high-level decisions hand after hand.
We continue until we reach the Final 9.
Who will survive the grind and claim their seat at the final table?
Stay tuned—The Lucky 9 awaits.

Level 23 — Down to Final 2 Tables
We’ve reached Level 23 and are officially down to the final 18 players. The intensity has reached its peak as every elimination brings us one step closer to crowning a new champion.
One of the most notable exits:
Michael Concepcion, the reigning Chase Cup 2025 Champion, has bowed out in 19th place. He made his final stand with Ace-King, shoving with confidence—only to be met by Eagle’s pocket Aces. A classic cooler that spelled the end of his run.
Though he exits in 19th, Michael leaves with his head high. A valiant effort from a proven champion.
it is now Level 22 with blinds at 6,000/12,000
19 Players Left — A Stalemate at the Tables
Four hours into the tournament and the field has only thinned to 19 players. It’s been a war of attrition—no one budging an inch, every hand fought with precision and caution. The tension is thick, and the stacks are deep.
To keep the warriors fueled, meals have been provided to all players still grinding inside the poker room. It’s a small comfort in the midst of a mental battlefield.
With everyone holding their ground,
who will be the first to crack?
The next bustout could change the momentum entirely.
The Governor Exits at 23
The Governor’s run comes to an end at 23rd place. A respected businessman in the construction industry, his time on the felt is always limited—but when he plays, he plays with heart. Day 2 just didn’t go his way this time, but his presence and grit were felt throughout the tournament.

24 Left – Pay Jump Reached!
We’re down to the final 24 players, and the pressure just ramped up with a pay jump now in effect. Every decision counts, and every chip matters.
Meanwhile, Janrey, who entered Day 2 as the second overall chip leader, continues to hold strong. He’s navigating a stacked table, with no easy spots in sight—but so far, he’s showing the discipline and timing of a true contender.
Can he weather the storm and make it to the Final Day?
All eyes are on him as the field thins and the stakes rise.
Twist of Fate: Aces Cracked, Twice in a Row!
An unbelievable twist shook the tournament floor—Chase “The Boss” Cokaliong looked primed to dominate with pocket Aces, only to suffer a brutal river punch. His opponent held Kings, and just when it seemed the Boss was in control, a King landed on the river, flipping the script and shaking the table.
But the madness didn’t end there.
Just a few hands later, at the next table, déjà vu struck. This time it was Gian vs. Jay—Aces versus Kings again. But in this version of the story, the Aces held, and it was Jay who hit the rail, stunned by the cruel symmetry of poker’s unpredictability.
Two tables, same setup.
Two Kings on a collision course with Aces.
But only one survived.
First Blood Drawn: Bimby Falls to The Darkness
The day’s first casualty is none other than Maxwell “Bimby” Rosete, taken out in cold precision by The Darkness.
It was a classic cooler—Bimby held Ace-King, a hand worthy of battle, but The Darkness had the true monster: pocket Aces. With patience and poise, he laid the trap, slow-playing his bullets to perfection.
Bimby took the bait, and by the time the chips were in the middle, it was already over.
A brutal reminder that in this game, even kings fall when the darkness looms.
