PPT 2025: Day 2 – The Action Continues at Metro Card Club
We’re now on Day 2 of the Metro Card Club’s PPT 2025, and the energy is building up fast. Day 1A of the ₱1 Million Guaranteed Pre-Event saw 80 entries, with 12 players securing their spots for Day 2.
While other poker rooms have pulled the plug on their events, Metro continues to push forward, proving once again why it’s still at the heart of the Philippine poker scene. Day 1B is officially underway — more players are expected to jump in, hungry for their share of the million and a shot at glory.
Will today break Day 1A’s numbers? Who will punch their ticket to Day 2?

PPT 2025: Day 1B Brings the Heat – Big Names, Big Action at Metro Card Club
Day 1B of the ₱1 Million Guaranteed Pre-Event at Metro Card Club drew a strong field with 131 entries, bringing the total so far to 211 entries after 80 players joined Day 1A.
While Day 1A saw 12 players advance to Day 2, Day 1B was a whole different beast. Some of the country’s most well-known local players jumped into the action, including Metro Team Pros like Jojo Tech, Joven Huerto, Joseph Sia, and Lemmor Patulot, all vying to score a win for the team.
The tables were also graced by respected veterans and fierce competitors such as Daddy Rico and fan-favorite Emmanuel “The Godzilla” Segismundo, whose presence always guarantees fireworks. other notable includes Revo David, Benhur Ybarsabal from Davao, Ivan dela cruz. joey pardales Danilo Ola, Alexander Lai,and Marlon Laxamana. it is only day 1B and it still the holy week which is a big thing in the Philippines.
As one poker room had to cancel thier event due to not having enough numbers to start but have always been notorius for cancelling guaranteed event.
With the field heating up and more flights to go, the Pre-Event is turning into a thrilling ride. Day 2 is shaping up to be a real showdown.
