With tournaments, 2Ace Poker will have another “The Stacks” tournament next week or on the 12th of July.
So far players love the new structure so there will not be any changes for the next tournament.
End of the month, there is the tournament at General Santos.
Anyway, this article is about Filipinos in WSOP 2023. so let’s get to it and reports what we have gathered so far happening there!
Peng Mendoza hits 3rd place at Event 59

James Mendoza raised to 1,600,000 from the button. After thinking for a short while, Robert Schulz reraised to around 6,000,000.
Mendoza swiftly announced all in and Schulz called instantly.
James Mendoza: 10♣10♦
Robert Schulz: K♠K♦
The board ran out 5♦3♦2♣4♠J♣ and Schulz took the hand. The chip stacks were incredibly close but after a careful count it was established that Mendoza was covered and he headed to the rail.

Flo was the first ever Filipino to ever win a Red Dragon and APPT main event and is considered a high-roller player.
