July fireworks!
Publish date: July 9, 2022

Hey, Poker players!

it looks like a great poker weekend this week as there are just too many places to play this week—a far cry from a year ago when our choices are limited due to the lockdowns.

We have already posted the schedule and players can easily check it.

Here are what’s happening now!

WSOP 2022

The man of the hour is still Mike Takayama as he is still in the WSOP main event.

The chief Marc Rivers was busted yesterday on day 2abc, but players can still opt to go in day 2D.

Lester Edoc joined Day 2D late. Day 2D is still currently ongoing and we will give you more updates.

This year, there is a total of 8,663 players joined the Main event. So stay tuned for the updates.

On a budget? the Metro perfect for you!

The Metro Card Club released a special tournament this week and in the weeks to follow.

A definite bankroll builder with such low buy-in, Yesterday, 154 played Day1A which almost guarantees that they will hit the guarantee.

This is also the first time that a lot of the tournament schedules clashed.

The beauty of the Metro is that it has always been known to have great structures. so it also is a great way for you to sharpen your skill before you jump into the big one.

Okada Super Series

Okada Super series is happening now. Yes, they would probably break the guarantee but that is pretty much what it is and that’s it.

The tournament in Okada is all about the pot and nothing more.  The best they will come up with is just adding something to the name.

Like the APPT which they added open to it. so the best you can expect really is they would offer bigger guarantees or maybe call their “special tournament” to “extra special tournament” or maybe “super duper series”.

But if you are looking for a super-fast tournament where the guarantees going to be good. Head over to Okada.

Masters 500k Guaranteed

Ask any of the local players now. and they would tell you that Masters poker. is the place to be.

Slowly ruling the Malate area. the best thing about Masters is they actually offer very good structures in their tournaments.

Ever since the new management team took over, they have yet to overlay.

They are also the first ones to do live streaming outside the casino. Their stream was actually quite good although far from the ones we see done by professionals. Compared to the other ones who would take a phone and do live or use the CCTV.

They are mavericks of change and change is what we need.
