Angel Mejia
Among the top 5 chip leaders of day 1 for PPT
One of the most important skills a poker tournament player must have is the ability to manage your chips.

Whether your big stack or short stack, knowing when to call or to fold is important.

Currently, some of the day 1 top chip leaders have suffered considerable losses in chips. Warren warren chips have increased. Hwang inje suffered big losses.

Angel Mejia on the other hand is remaining calm and slowly growing.

Poker tournaments are a marathon, not a sprint. proper pacing is key.

But as luck would have it. Hwang inJe had a pocket deuce and called.

Both Q and J came out on the flop which helped secure Joven a victory and a double up.

1245 HRS – PPT Day 2 – Level 15 – blinds 500/1000/1000 ante – 69/453
A Korean is the chip leader of the Philippine Poker tour. With a massive stack of 368,800. Hwang InJe has been seen a lot on local tours and is known to have an aggressive nature.

Although he has a massive stack, rarely do chip leaders become the champion. The biggest question is can he maintain his chip lead till the end of day 2?

With so many of the local pros also in the field and the Filipino pride at stake. Hwang Inje, for now, is the biggest threat to the locals if they want to become the champion.
