So far only a few Filipinos joined the side event 15. Chops and The bigtime are trying their skills on the SIde event and so far are doing good.

3 Names have been popping up so many times recently in terms of performances. that it is only a matter of time Before we hear they hit something big.
John Matsuda has been consistent in his Day1A appearances and ends day 1 As chip leader or on the top 5.
BJ Perez had some serious deep runs and cashes.
Edgar Asehan, is the man who has also made some good win but has yet to take a real big one.
They have been constant performers in the live tournament scene lately and it is only a matter of time before we hear something great. now on to the Championship event. Can the championship be the big break?

Late Entrees
There are a lot of late Entrees for the Championship which has now pushed the pot to more than PHP 10 Million.
Metro Team Pro Euryd Rivera and Lester Edoc was also seen on the field
Lester “Hazel” Timonera also opted to enter late and now sits at 80k Plus stack
Emman “the Godzilla” Segismundo is also in.

With a 50,000 starting stack and with the blinds at only 600/1,200. there are players who opted to just buy-in direct to day 2.
