Word on the street
The guarantee is already anticipated to be broken. but the main question is how high will it go. Metro Card Club does have a good loyal following and even their daily tournament without guarantees has proven to be great.
Expect more players to play on other days as the last event Metro Card Club had a surge on the last day and more players might pop in on the other starting day.
Other players might also want to qualify earlier.
In the last Metro event (Metro 750k GTD) Lester Edoc entered day 1A and maintain being the chip leader for all Day1. This is due to the fact that Metro always had a stable number of players on Day 1 and less competition. Most pros opted to enter the last day which gave Lester an experienced lead during Day 1A.
Yes, the last day had more chips as more players joined on the last day1. but it does not mean especially in the case of the Metro that you can not be finished with a good stack.
Lester Edoc was the chip leader for Day1A of the last event and nobody was able to beat his chip lead.
