Hey, poker playas!

So what has been happening in Manila ? Events, for now, are not on the list but the schedule is all out!

But wait are we not on alert level 3?

Yes, Manila might be in alert level 3 but things are slowly going back to the new normal.

There are poker rooms that are open legally and schedules are out. so we hope things keep pushing forward.

Here are the updates.

Okada Manila

Bad beat jackpot got hit

The bad beat jackpot was hit last night, due to a privacy issue. We can not reveal the names of the players who have one without permission. We can only write to those who have allowed us.

Junnie “Rolly Rules” was among the players who got the table share.

It was kings versus aces.

It was not all in preflop. Pocket kings were quite happy when the flop came out K K rag. Richard bet in 1k just to test how if there are any takers for his quads.

Another Richard calls his bet. when the turn came out the ace. It was the sign something was up.

The river was a brick as well. but when the aces went all in. the kings called and proudly asked. “are you aces?”

knowing it was the only hand that could have shoved. and the table roared into celebration.
