Poker rooms and houses after all are doing great now as they are getting more players on the cash game table.

It would be nice to have a Christmas event before the end of the year. But then again will there?

As of now, there has been no announcement but there could be. but let us give you an update on the status of poker houses.

Pokerstars Live at Okada Manila

Pokerstars Live just recently concluded a very successful event. They have also announced that the Okada millions will be held from January 3-9, 2022.

They might not push anything the next few days as pushing for their event make more sense. after all a 3 million GTd event with only 3,500 buy-ins is no joke. 

Although the fulls schedule has not been fully released. Satellites could happen that could make sure their Day 1A succeed.

It is still up in the air but we hope to hear from them soon.

Metro Card Club

We personally love to see Metro Card Club make a Christmas tour. After all, since Pokerstars did take an early step for 2022. Leaving 2021 with a bang could be possible.

Let us admit, Metro Card Club and Pokerstars are the two poker rooms that have pushed the limits and succeeded in bringing back live poker tournaments to return to Manila shores.

A Christmas event will bring back the players to the felt. A timely event will further establish that Metro Card Club is really also a mover and shaker in the local industry.

But we can only hope they would.

RW poker room

Resort world poker room during its early year was a mover. They were a room that would hold poker Christmass events in their first few years.

But that has changed as even the managers of the poker rooms have moved on to different things.

They depend largely on outside organizers to hold events. While the usual organizer has mentioned they would not hold a finale this year.

It really looks like RW poker room would stay silent for this year.

Master poker Room

The master poker room has been active lately and has acquired new managers. They did make a few renovations and have become a good room as the actions there are doing great. 

From time to time, we have heard reports of them having big games comparable to the one that is being held at Pokerstars Live. (Yes, the action and big games are in Pokerstars in Okada Manila).

But the limitation of the size of the room could be a problem. 

We believe Master will make big moves soon. so stay tuned!

Lucky Sen Poker room

Nothing to write. 

On the deep end.

Over the years, we were able to connect with the rooms and were part of some of the big events. 

We even organized a party for a poker event. Not once but twice.

The reason we share this is that over the years we have found it saddening that the rooms you play could sometimes be the one that traps you and never allow you to grow even further.

There are rooms that will simply be like that. We have advised players to also play in other rooms. Because only when you do venture out and see more of the world would you be able to improve your skills even further.

Learn to dream big again. Yeah, it has been tough for a lot of us since the pandemic. But it is also time for growth.

You can choose to be stuck in a room forever trap grinding to survive daily. or start venturing out and further improve your skill and maybe one day be at the level of the champions. 

Be brave and take that step.
