Ken Ogoratikal is one of the friendliest poker players on the field. But make no mistake, he can play the regular big cash games in Manila without breaking a sweat.
He recently participated in the Pokerstars Live special tournament held at Okada Manila and won Event 2 – the freezeout tournament of Pokerstars.
Although he failed in his quest to win the main event. The cash game during that time were quite juicy and Ken was prepared to play on those events.

How long have you been playing poker?
Since 2007
What inspired you to start playing poker?
I saw a tournament hosted by San Miguel Beer, the game intrigued me and I started learning it and playing.
why do you love poker?
Because you can win even with bad cards, i love to win with a bluff ,rather than with a big hand. You need to have great skill in poker and I love the challenge.
What kept you busy during the lockdown?
I spent more time with the family which seldom happens. before the pandemic i was busy playing poker every single day. The pandemic allowed me to have more quality time with the whole family.
What is your ultimate poker goal?
My ultimate poker goal is for people to chant my name KEN210,KEN210,KEN210
Do you have any poker idol? Local and foreign?
My foreign idol is Daniel Negreannu, local i have plenty ,but my top on the list is Mike Takayama not only his poker skills ,but his charisma.
You have cash a lot of times in tournaments, but you are more active in cash games. Which one did you like best?
I love cash games better,bec you can bluff a lot, as long as you have cash you can do unlimited buy in , but im more having goosebums in tourney ,bec its like one miss you die kind of thing
Who is your inspiration to play poker?
My continous love of the gane inspire me a lot
You just recently won the Pokerstars side event. How was it? Did it feel great playing live tournaments again?
It was a huge surprised, yes it was an amazing feeling to compete with a lot of good players
What do you think is the most important skill a poker player should have?
For me bluffing is the best skill that one should have,bec players will be guessing all the time ,if you have it or not, So you will be paid big time when you have it.
