Hey, Poker playas!
Last week, we held a special satty for the Mini Main event of the USOP.

Winner: Mappi
2nd place – Xalia
3rd place – Karla
How many joined?
We were actually surprised by the turnout at the last event. Hence we are looking forward to making more special satellites. other people to join a club and stuff.
Initially, it started slowly having only around 11 players before it began jumping to 25 by level 1.
We were actually quite happy with the numbers at the point and were still inviting players to join.
We were prepared to overlay. but what we wanted is to give a player a chance to participate in a 7.5 million PHP tournament.
But slowly the numbers went up. when it hit 40. We admit we were ecstatic. but the number just kept growing.
Once again we would like to show our gratitude to the players.
The game
We monitored the game only on the final table. It was a rose that dominated the game until the final 3.
Karla. entered the tournament late. It was her first time in the game. During the break, she decided to put an add on which was only 100 PHP.
She confesses it was her first time in a felt both live and online but understood the basics of the game.
What happened next was fun-filled action as one seasoned pro tried to bluff his way against Karla.
As it was her first time, players could attest to her inexperience as she was only checking and flat calling any bet.
Kyle was a seasoned pro who has been playing poker live for a long time. not knowing Karla was a newbie. Kyle tried to bluff his way only to be met by a call.
Kyle was surprised by the call as both hit nothing. But Karla ACE KING off was higher than ACE JACK off of Kyle. Karla believed she was ahead.
She busted more players along the way but her true skills were seen by others. On one hand, she actually has the nuts with an ace-high flush but was still just flat calling any bet.
We later asked her about the experience, and this was what she said.
It was nerve-wrecking, I only had a few minutes to think before the time started ticking. but it was fun. I hope to play more!.
Final 3
Down to the final 3, the game became intense. Mappi and xalia were two seasoned pros. They have also figured out Karla was a newbie. They knew what they had to do.
Xalia was the last event champion and he is definitely a great player. Both slowly chip away Karla lead until it was down to 2.
As both have almost equal chips. It took only a few hands before the game was finished.
We were not able to see the last hand as it was finished fast. But it was Mappi that won the event.
He won a mini main event seat which he played last Saturday. Sadly, forced to make a flip. his ACE King was defeated by an Ace queen.
Now that it is a new week, time to move forward. As we plan to make new events soon.

Moving forward
Quite recently, we have noticed one of our old articles on making a union gain more hits than usual. It was an old article that we have published a month ago.
And as people are aware, we have recently also gained a lot of players.
We definitely are looking forward to people who want to make a club at UPoker and work together.
Our doors have always been open.
But to help other people out. we would definitely make more articles on helping others to make unions and improving their skills.
