Pokerstars Live at Okada Manila will Re-open!
Pokerstars Live Manila is set to re-open its door on June 11, 2021, at 2 PM.
Pokerstars Live was first to re-open last year. All gaming establishments were ordered to close on March 15, 2020, in order to control the spread of the coronavirus.
Although some poker rooms outside Manila operated earlier. Pokerstars re-open its door last December as the government shifted to a lower community quarantine.
However, once again the government ordered another strict lockdown measure as the spread of the virus was increasing fast.
Pokerstars Live has no choice but to close its doors. but now they finally announced their re-opening.
How safe is it to play?
The truth is that with regards to safety. it depends on us as individuals to protect ourselves. There are expert recommendations that are available to protect yourself from the virus. We just have to listen.
Maintaining distance and the wear of protective gears like face-mask are proven effective against the virus. so please follow the guidelines properly.
As for the Casino or the poker room itself. We would try and visit them on its re-opening or the next few days to give everyone an idea of what to expect.

Is the Manila finally re-opening?
Yes, it is. Vaccines are available but it may take a while before they would be available to the general public.
However, more and more people are being vaccinated.
The key to maintaining the re-opening relies heavily on us as individuals. Are we practicing safety protocols? are we vaccinated yet?
If we keep the number of infections down while more people are vaccinated. the more it would be easier to maintain re-opening. If you can stay away from live poker and play online. It will help a lot.
