Action PH Expanding into E-sports.
Publish date: April 8, 2021

Two things were hot during the pandemic aside from poker.

One relied on skills, while the other relied on luck. Players were up all night grinding.

Those that relied on luck are nowadays regretting as you can see a lot of memes of how people lost so much money on online cockfighting.

While those that shifted their attention to skilled games are now gaining steam.

Online gaming is now booming and it just kept growing bigger. Players that invested their time are now seeing fruits of their labor.

Action PH

Action PH started out as a Facebook page where it had a noble cause. To help new poker players or struggling poker players a chance to play good events by selling their actions.

It was also an avenue where players can exchange notes and share experiences. As it grew it became strict to ensure to keep scammers out of their site.

Action PH was a place where players can sell action. But the owners are supportive of the Filipino talents that they took it upon themselves to help those in need, Using money from their own pockets just to help other players out.

They believe in Filipino talent.

The virtual gaming industry

The gaming industry of today is a $200 billion behemoth that is constantly pushing the boundaries of technology and entertainment. Not only do we have the continuous advent of new consoles, PCs, and devices that are putting us right into the game, but we also have the opportunity to watch some of the best gamers in the world compete in the e-sports arena and online through streaming platforms like Twitch and Mixer.

Most poker players shifted online due to the pandemic. Needing to relax a bit or a break from the online poker grinding. They started playing online games.

Games like Apex Legends, Overwatch, Minecraft, Dota 2. Grand Theft Auto V, Sea of Thieves, League of Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Also known as CS: GO, this is a legendary 1stt-person shooter released on PCs and Macs are some of the favorites and were getting hotter.

It was then Action PH decided to expand its reach by tapping on other gaming platforms.

Action PH

Action PH has the same goals as with Action Player – poker PH.

To help those who are interested in virtual gaming but are having problems with entries.

But it was a long process, they needed to build their own team first. Slowly some of its key members were streaming their games if they were not streaming poker.

Having a good base of followers guaranteed to watch their games even when it was not about poker.

Their team started playing seriously and they are now slowly making their mark.
