2020 WSOP Online – Event 09 – Ron “MacDaddy15” McMillen(Champion)

Today’s event at the wsop.com, 2020 WSOP Online Event #9: $1,000 No-Limit Hold’em 6-Max is an example of such win.

Drawing 658 entries who re-entered 368 times, creating a pot of $974,700 prize pool.

Ron “MacDaddy15” McMillen with his friends backing him up in his room won the event. check out his twitter video to see the happiness that was captured.

A poker player on the live felt, it is his first time ever playing poker online. Although there a difference between playing live and online. He was able to outlast the young, online grinders to prove his worth.

Final Table action

The final table began at Level 35: 50,000/100,000/10,000 ante.

Ruth “crazeelf666” Ruffman came in as chip leader with 6,808,029 chips. 

But “MacDaddy15” was the first to eliminate a player. On the button raising for 332,500 which was answered by Ian “apokerjoker2” Steinman’s with an all-in of 1,365,109 from the big blind.

“moodeez” who came into the final table as the shortest stack just got a sweat double up but it was not enough and was eliminated next.

“Im.sorry” went hot and started eliminating player after player.

First eliminating “moodeez” with his KJ, next came his pocket Queens againstRuth “crazeelf666” Ruffman pocket 10.

Next was his flush beating “WillowG23” pocket kings. gaining 

The heads up

With the at Level 37 – 80,000/160,000 /16,000 ante 

“Im.Sorry” was ahead holding almost a 2:1 chip lead over McMillen. It went back and forth until a decisive win for the “Macdaddy15”

A flip was all it took to set a new pace. “MacDaddy15″ pocket 10 wants against ” Im.Sorry’s” ace-queen.

The flop gave “MacDaddy15” the top set and the lead was too much.
