The battle continues for the bracelet at WSOP.com. Event #2: $1,000 NLH Deepstack 8-Max attracted 647 and 272 re to create a 919-entry field making USD 873,050 prize pool.

Louis“PokeThese”Lynch defeated Ryan “KOVID19” Ko to become the champion of the Event 2.

The tournament attracted a lot of big names including Roland “prngls12” Israelashvili, the man with the all-time WSOP cashes lead to 226. Daniel “DNegs” Negreanu run deep but only finished 18th place and WSOP bracelet winner Michael “itwasthator0” Gagliano.

Daniel “IntoTheRiver” Fischer went in the final table as the chip leader, but it was Sean “bahbababa” Prendiville who went into action early and busted players left and right. 

When it was down to heads up action. “KOVID19,” had a good chip lead having 3:1 chip lead against “PokeThese”. But “PokeThese” ended up as the winner of the event.

Daniel “DNegs” Negreanu out at 16th 

A lot of people are probably watching Daniel “DNegs” Negreanu action on his quest for another bracelet. He has made a lot of side bets whether he can or can not win another bracelet.

He was running in deep but was denied by Matthew “Mendey” Mendez.

Daniel “DNegs” Negreanu was at early position or under the gun and jammed “all-in”. He had 763,876 chips.

Matthew “Mendey” Mendez who was at the small blind made sure nobody else would join the action as he shoves his entire stack of 2,002,612.

It was heads-up action as both players revealed their cards.
