The 2020 World Series of Poker online started today and attracted a lot of the big names. 

The 2020 WSOP online will be held in two online platforms, the first platform is the WSOP.com while the other remaining games will be held at GG poker.

Event #1: $500 No-Limit Hold’em Kickoff started today and attracted 1,195 Entries and 520 re-entries.

Creating a total of 1,715 entries and $771,750 prize pool.

11th place – Phil “Lumestackin” Hellmuth

Phil Hellmuth using the nick “Lumestackin” which is according to him is an anagram for “Luckiest Man” was out at 11th place.

Originally from Palo Alto, CA, he has relocated to Las Vegas and stayed in a suite at the Aria Hotel & Casino in order to play the series in Nevada. under his online moniker “Lumestackin”

Gunning for a 16th bracelet, he was the chip leader during the final two tables. However, His run came to an end in a classic battle against Shawn “SayGoodNight” Daniels.

Shawn “SayGoodNight” Daniels was under the gun or the position after the big blind and raise the pot to 200,000.

Phil “Lumestackin” Hellmuth move in for an “all-in” with 2,160,704.

Shawn “SayGoodNight” Daniels had to take some time to think but eventually called.

Phil Hellmuth – The Poker Brat

Phil Hellmuth or Phillip Jerome Hellmuth Jr. (born July 16, 1964), Known as the “Pokerbrat” and having the most number of WSOP bracelets.

As of January 2020, his live tournament winnings exceed $23,000,000. He is ranked 22nd on the all-time money list. He holds the records for most WSOP cashes (108) and most WSOP final tables (52)

His first  WSOP bracelet was won way back in 1989.

3rd Place – WPT’s Tony “Panoramic” Dunst

WPT-commentator Tony “Panoramic” Dunst was the last bracelet winner in the field when it was down to the final 3 players.

Tony Dunst pocket 9 went up against Jonathan Dokler AK.

The king was spiked on the river ending Tony run. 

Tony Dunst won his first WSOP bracelet in the $1,000 No-Limit Hold’em event back in 2016.

Overall, he has cashed in World Series events 39 times for a combined $1,169,153.
