12 nations and 100 players are now vying to become the champion of the IFMP (International Federation of Match Poker) Wolrd championship which will be held from May 30-31, 2020.

Due to the Corona Virus. this is the first time that the event will be hosted on a Cisco Webex video conferencing platform.

Playing at the comfort and security of their respective homes. It did prove to be challenging as there are time zone differences for each team.

“All In Together” will see 12 tables, each with six nations competing to be crown the new World Champions.

Currently, Ukraine is the defending champion.

Patrick Nally the President of IFMP commented

“Although we are extremely disappointed not to be in a live tournament environment, and we look forward to being united at central venues in the future, it is good that as a sport, we can respond to the current pandemic problems. It is showing the spirit of friendship, sportsmanship and cooperation that exists within our sporting family, we are truly “All In Together”.
